NXTGEN are supporting a major organisation embarking on a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation and are looking to appoint an experienced Payroll Design Lead to take ownership of the Payroll workstream throughout the implementation. This is a key leadership role within a complex ERP programme, offering the opportunity to shape the future Payroll function from design through to go-live. Working closely with senior stakeholders, business leaders and the Oracle implementation partner, you'll ensure the solution is configured in line with legislative requirements, business needs and Oracle best practice. This is not a traditional Payroll Manager position. Instead, we're looking for someone with proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations who can lead design workshops, challenge where appropriate, influence key decisions and successfully deliver a modern, integrated Payroll solution.
