Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own portfolio of clients across a range of industries.
- Prepare year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
- Produce management accounts and VAT returns.
- Review and support the work of junior team members, helping to develop their skills and confidence.
- Build strong client relationships, acting as their trusted adviser.
- Play an active role in improving processes and contributing to the continued growth of the firm.
What We're Looking For:
- ACA / ACCA qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience.
- Previous experience within an accountancy practice.
- Confident communicator with strong client relationship skills.
- Ambitious, proactive, and excited by the idea of growing and mentoring a team.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality service and continuous improvement.
