Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support the month-end close process, including journals, accruals, and prepayments
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Support cash flow reporting and analysis
- Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to provide financial insight
- Help improve and develop finance processes as the function continues to evolve
- Assist with ad hoc reporting and analysis as required
The ideal candidate will be part-qualified ACCA or CIMA with strong experience supporting month-end accounting processes, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. They will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise workload effectively whilst consistently meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills, alongside a proactive and can-do attitude, are essential, as is a genuine keenness to learn and progress within a growing business.
