This newly created position forms part of the organisation's wider growth strategy and offers an excellent opportunity for a driven finance professional to join a highly collaborative, forward-thinking team. The business is evolving rapidly, and this role will be central to supporting and shaping its continued success.

This is a highly commercial Finance Business Partner role where you will take ownership of financial insight, influence key decision-making, and support strategic growth initiatives. Operating in a fast-moving and ever-changing environment, you will need to be agile in your approach, comfortable adapting priorities, and confident working at pace. Your input will be visible at senior level and will have a direct impact on business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and enhance detailed financial models to support growth planning and strategic decision-making
  • Deliver high-quality financial analysis across operational and commercial areas, reporting insights to senior stakeholders
  • Partner with key stakeholders to provide meaningful commercial insight that drives performance and supports strategy
  • Support the development of robust, stress-tested cashflow forecasts to aid long-term financial planning
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strong financial governance and operational effectiveness
  • Take ownership of financial input into key projects and initiatives that underpin business objectives

We are looking for a qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA Finance Business Partner with a strong background in commercially driven, fast-paced environments. You will be confident operating at senior stakeholder level, with the ability to influence and challenge where necessary. Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills are essential, along with a proactive, adaptable mindset and the ability to deliver clear, impactful financial insight in a high-profile role.

Salary dependent on experience.
