The Financial Adviser role

Based in Norwich, you’ll help clients understand their options and make informed decisions about their financial future. You’ll provide holistic advice across pensions, investments, protection and estate planning, building relationships that continue beyond the initial recommendation.

Your responsibilities as Financial Adviser will include:

  • Conducting detailed fact-finds and identifying financial planning needs.

  • Developing suitable recommendations and explaining them clearly.

  • Managing ongoing client relationships through regular reviews.

  • Maintaining accurate client records and meeting compliance requirements.

  • Building your technical expertise with support from experienced colleagues.

What we’re looking for

A completed Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning is essential.

Alongside your qualification, you’ll bring strong communication skills, ambition and a genuine interest in helping clients make sound financial decisions. You’ll be comfortable asking questions, listening carefully and taking ownership of your development.

Previous experience as a Financial Adviser is welcome, although newly Level 4 qualified candidates ready to begin their advisory career will also be considered.

What’s on offer

  • Allocated clients and leads to help you build your portfolio.

  • Tailored training and mentoring from experienced advisers.
