The Financial Adviser role

You’ll work with clients to understand their circumstances, financial goals and longer-term priorities, providing advice across pensions, investments, protection and estate planning.

As your experience grows, you’ll take greater ownership of your portfolio and develop the knowledge to support more complex financial planning needs.

Your responsibilities as Financial Adviser will include:

  • Meeting clients and carrying out detailed fact-finds.

  • Identifying financial planning needs and developing suitable recommendations.

  • Explaining advice clearly so clients can make informed decisions.

  • Building ongoing relationships through regular reviews and continued support.

  • Maintaining accurate records and meeting compliance requirements.

  • Developing your technical knowledge with guidance from experienced colleagues.

What we’re looking for

A completed Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning is essential.

You’ll bring strong communication skills, ambition and an interest in understanding what matters to each client. You’ll be able to build trust, ask thoughtful questions and explain financial information in an accessible way.

Existing Financial Advisers and newly Level 4 qualified candidates ready to begin their advisory career will both be considered.
