Are you an experienced payroll professional looking for a role where you can take ownership, develop your skills and be part of one of the best Payroll teams?
NXTGEN are working with a highly regarded accountancy practice in Norwich that is looking to bring a Senior Payroll Assistant into its established and growing payroll team. With demand for their services continuing to increase, this is a great opportunity to join a business that puts its people first and takes real pride in the service it delivers to its clients.
The role offers plenty of variety, from managing your own client portfolio and handling more complex payroll matters to supporting senior members of the team and helping junior colleagues develop. It's an opportunity to take the next step in your payroll career without compromising on flexibility or work-life balance.
One of the things that really sets this firm apart is its culture. There's a real emphasis on collaboration, recognising success and creating an environment where people feel supported and enjoy coming to work.
Having worked closely with this firm for several years and placed a number of people across the practice, I can offer a genuine insight into the team, how they work and what makes them such a good business to be part of.
