Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyse financial, operational, and sales data to support business decisions and long-term strategy.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor margins, costs, and revenue performance across multiple divisions.
- Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process or margin improvement, providing recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Financial Director to deliver robust financial modelling, forecasting, and budget planning.
- Support the development of pricing strategies and carry out detailed profitability analysis across products and services.
- Prepare high-quality presentations and reports that translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations and Sales to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.
- Continuously review and improve data collection processes and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and insight generation.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to bring a recognised accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and advanced Excel knowledge with experience in building financial models. A solid understanding of financial principles, cost accounting, and margin analysis will be key, along with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
