Working closely with the Senior Credit Controller, you will support the wider finance team with accurate and timely sales invoicing and administrative duties. This is an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience within a thriving finance function.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Invoicing
- Daily invoicing using Dynamics 365 Business Central, based on outstanding sales orders and documentation
- Resolving invoicing queries and raising credit notes
- Processing daily sales invoices for customers
- Emailing invoices to customers
- Uploading sales invoices to customer portals
Other Duties
- Provide day-to-day support to the Senior Credit Controller
- Assist with the updating of finance policies and procedures
- Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks to support the finance function
The ideal candidate will have experience in a finance or similar administrative role, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel 365 and accounting systems. You will be highly organised, able to work to strict deadlines, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
