As Bookkeeper, you'll work closely with experienced professionals who pride themselves on delivering a highly personalised service to their clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bookkeeping duties for a varied portfolio of local clients
- Support with year-end accounts preparation, VAT returns and Tax returns
- Support with weekly and monthly payrolls for a broad client portfolio
- Act as a key point of contact, building strong and lasting client relationships
- Respond to ad hoc client queries in a proactive and professional manner
What They're Looking For:
- Previous experience within an accountancy practice or similar client-facing environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident using Excel and Xero, with Sage experience desirable but not essential
