What they are looking for:
- Practice experience with AAT, ACA, ACCA or equivalent experience
- Strong accounts experience, including management accounts
- Good knowledge of VAT and CIS
- Confidence dealing directly with clients
- Someone who enjoys taking ownership and working independently
- A genuine interest in supporting and developing more junior colleagues
